<aside> ✳️ Two way Email sync allows users to integrate their Gmail or Outlook account with SalesJack and enables the synchronization of emails between the two platforms. This integration creates a connection between the platforms when the first email is sent from SalesJack, and all subsequent emails in the thread will be synced between both platforms.
💥 Users can connect their workspace Gmail or Outlook accounts and Sync Outgoing & Incoming emails between SalesJack and email accounts. 💥 Users can use their workspace email accounts to send, receive & track emails. 💥 The sync will be established between both platforms when an email thread is initiated from SalesJack (first outbound message). All the subsequent emails in the thread will be in sync between both platforms.
Note: This feature is a user-level setting and does not impact other users under your account.

Select the gear icon at the bottom left hand corner of your account.
Located on the left hand navigation bar under My Business.
In My Profile you can scroll down to the Email (2-way sync) settings card.
